1. Cancellations

 

Our customers have the right to cancel an order if it has not already been processed by the company.

If the online checkout has been completed and you want to cancel it please contact us immediately to proceed with the cancellation.

 

 

 

 

2. Returns

 

Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product (eg broken, spilled, damaged packaging) let us know immediately upon receipt. After consultation we will either proceed to a replacement or refund according to your preference.

 

Wrong products

In case, due to our company’s mistake, you receive an order that contains products which you have not ordered, you should inform us and return them within 14 days. The packaging should be intact without damage and tears. The product should be in perfect condition as you received it and not open, tested or used. We will either replace or refund the products according to your preference.

 

For the return of defective products or wrong products:

 

  • The customer should contact and inform us prior to the return process.
  • Our company covers the return cost.
  • Returns will be made in the same way as receipt: - By ACS courier for Greece and Cyprus. – By post when abroad.
  • Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The product should be in its original packaging in which you received it, along with the receipt or a photocopy of it.
  • The product must be accompanied by the completed "Return Form" which you will find in the order. You can also print it here.

 

 

 

 

3. No Acceptance / No Receipt - Return by Post Office / Courier 


In the event that you did not accept or receive the order in time from the Post Office or the partner Courier Company and it is automatically returned to us by the post office or courier, then:

  • The amount of money that can be refunded to you by our company is the amount of the goods in the order excluding the cost of shipping (if present in the original order).
  • If you wish, we can reschedule the shipment of your order after you pay the shipping cost of resending the order.

 

Important steps to avoid returns by post office / courier:


1. Please check the status of your order regularly using the tracking number / link we provide you after the shipment of your order.


2. When the order reaches the destination country please check the status, using the same tracking number, through the country’s post office website tracking link or by contacting your local post office.
